Reporting to the Executive Director of the Wiki Education Foundation, the Senior Director of Fundraising & Partnerships will be responsible for building a comprehensive fundraising program; designing and implementing processes and systems to support this program; and developing and executing a fundraising strategy. The Senior Director of Fundraising & Partnerships will work with the Executive Director to establish a revenue model that aligns with the Wiki Education Foundation’s programs that diversifies Wiki Education Foundation’s base of support and ensures the sustainability of Wiki Education Foundation’s operations and programs. The Senior Director of Fundraising & Partnerships will also be responsible for assessing and leveraging strategic opportunities for collaboration and partnership with like-minded organizations. Reporting directly to the ED, the Executive Assistant provides executive support in a one-on-one working relationship. The Executive Assistant serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on all matters concerning the office of the ED. The right candidate will be creative and enjoy working in an active and dynamic environment. S/he will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations and possess strong written and verbal communication skills, solid administrative and organizational skills and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities. The Executive Assistant will have the ability to work independently on projects and must be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and demands while maintaining discretion when dealing with confidential and sensitive matters.
